HR Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Provide career consultation for individual clients, design personalized job search strategies, and recommend suitable opportunities.
  • Regularly update and maintain the company’s talent database to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Assist candidates throughout the job application process, including resume optimization, interview scheduling, and salary negotiation.
  • Propose and optimize recruitment strategies based on changing talent demands in both domestic and international markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of HR or recruitment experience; international recruitment or headhunting experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local (Japanese) and international recruitment channels, processes, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc.) are a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with local and overseas corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide professional talent recommendations.
  • Design customized solutions for clients to optimize recruitment and workforce management. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth implementation of recruitment projects and promptly address client feedback.
  • Offer talent services such as remote work, flexible staffing, and overseas assignments based on client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize client contracts, and regularly maintain client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B client service or sales; experience with Japanese clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local (Japanese) and international HR service processes. Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or fluent) and English (business level).
  • Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
